Returns & Refunds

We back our products with a 90-day risk-free trial because we're confident you'll love them. If your PureBuds Pro aren't the right fit, getting a refund is straightforward.

How returns work

  1. Email steve@wepure.com.au with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
  3. Post your earbuds back in the original packaging
  4. Refund goes through as soon as they arrive

What you should know

  • You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to return them
  • Return shipping is on us, you won't pay a cent to send them back
  • Original packaging makes the return easier and protects the product in transit
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method you used at checkout
  • Refunds usually show up in your account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
